Stuart Corrigan Director

Who am I and what's

this about?

My name is Stuart Corrigan and I've

been delivering projects, early, for over twenty years. Many years ago, as a young consultant, I learned how to be an incredible analyst but I was poor at implementing. I needed to learn how to implement. I learned how to use the critical chain methodology for project delivery.

Over night I started to get incredible

results for my clients in lots of different markets. At the time I didn't know that Critical Chain was to be the grandfather

of methods such as Agile and Kanban. Inadvertently I became an expert in

those methods.

I was then asked to head up a few global

agile programmes for our clients, time and time again I found that they were not delivering, and my combination of analytical skills and critical chain knowledge meant that within days of walking into any client I knew exactly what to change and how to change it. We get results for our global clients that mean their late running projects deliver months early.

Our insights led to research to determine

if the patterns we were seeing were common place in organisations. The result is this little book that tells you exactly what you need to know to make your agile or waterfall

project deliver better.

What You're Getting

The webinar summarises the book. It covers the five reasons projects run late and agile deliveries go slow and exactly what to do about it.

Whilst the book is not written like a PHD paper it is based on studies we did over 55 different projects. And whist everyone of the product owners or project managers said their project was completely unique, we found the same set of issues in each one.

We’ve detailed them in this easy-to-read book. Plus, the information can be used to fix an Agile project or Waterfall based project, we found the issues were the same.
